3D Scanning
Our portable infra-red 3D scanner (3D Creator – Germany) captures the exact geometry of existing parts for reverse engineering, first-article inspection and competitive benchmarking.
CAD Comparison
We compare scan data against original CAD models and generate detailed colour-map deviation reports, ensuring every moulded part is dimensionally correct.
CMM Measurement
Our Co-ordinate Measuring Machine provides accurate dimensional verification of mould components and finished plastic parts to international standards.
