"Vertex Engineers" was started in 1999 as a Tool Room with the object of manufacturing quality plastic Die & Moulds. Since our beginning the company has expanded and achieved a good position in the field of Die & Moulds. In 2005 we were certified with ISO 9000-2000 and in 2010 we were certified with ISO 9001-2008 with Design. Under one roof our customer can get all the things from concept or idea to real part. We serve all the phases of development.
Our top management is well experienced with plastic material, processes, mould designing, part designing etc. We are continually upgrading our infrastructure, engineers' skill, knowledge, designing and analysis software etc. to match with future demand.
We continually monitor our system effectiveness to meet customer's requirements regarding timely delivery and quality product. Also we are evaluating our suppliers and developing a strong supply chain to match our requirements.
In order to manufacture the optimum design for our customer, VERTEX works together from the moment the customer's first product idea is received. VERTEX supports the customer during the design phase to optimise the process of the part. After the development phase, parts or moulds can be manufactured to meet requirements. The plastic part or mould the customer receives will have undergone strict quality control to enable it to go into production at a high efficiency level.

VERTEX became first ISO 9001:2008 certified company in the region for Designing and Manufacturing Die & Mould

Introduced 3D-Scanning and reverse engineering service with Portable Infra-Red 3D Scanner (3D Creator – Germany)

VERTEX design department adopted injection mould simulation (Moldex 3D) facility
- 2012
VERTEX developed in-house trial facility for moulds of injection moulding
